NOTICE OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Notice is hereby given to all members that the 41st Annual General Assembly of the cooperative will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 4:00 am to 1:00 pm via Zoom and FB Live for the following purpose:

1.  to consider and act upon the minutes of the General Assembly meeting;

2.   to consider and act upon the Annual Financial Report by the Treasurer;

3. to update various activities from BOD & Its Committees

4.  to elect the new sets of officers

5. to transact such other businesses as may properly come before the meeting and at any time before adjournment thereof.
